Make stressful situations a little easier

Here's how Silversky Protect can help to ease your expenses.

Based on the Silversky Protect Silver Plan^

Your 2-year-old dog sustains an injury during playtime, and the total cost of treatment (e.g., diagnosis, hospitalization, and surgery) amounts to S$5,000. Instead of having to pay the full cost of S$5,000, your vet expenses now amount to only S$1,200 (S$250 deductible + 20% co-payment) as Silversky Protect provides a reimbursement of S$3,800.

^The above example is for illustrative purposes only. Treatment cost may vary. Bill and claim amounts are subject to policy terms and conditions.

How do I make a Claim?
First, download the claim form and fill it out. Then email the completed form along with all supporting documents to claims@sg.msig-asia.com. Information requested on the claim form includes the claimant’s personal particulars, contact details and policy number.

You should also include a brief description of the claim and particulars of other persons or witnesses involved, if applicable.
How does deductible and co-payment work?
Deductible is applied first on eligible expenses related to each hospitalisation and surgery (note: surgery must be performed). Co-payment is then applied on the remaining eligible expenses.

The policyholder is responsible for paying the Deductible, Co-payment amount, and any ineligible expenses.

If the deductible amount has been met for an event of hospitalisation and surgery, the sections which require deductible and co-payment for the same injury or illness (which surgery was performed) will only require policyholder to pay co-payment.
